Terrified of dentists but looking for a new dentist that is caring, gentle, informative and knowledgeable?? Dr. Vivian Cavan is more than just that and so is everyone else at the office. Everything is explained and pre-approved by you (the patient) before any work is done. This place is worth the price for the service they provide compared to other dental offices (:
Since moving to San Diego and two dentist later, my daughter and I have truly found with the recommendation from Delta Dental a caring-professional dentist office. The receptionist are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr. Cavan was very gentle and explained the procedures to my daughter to where she was comfortable and willing to have the work performed. Then Dr. Cavan even went as far to call the next day to check in with my daughter to be sure she wasn't experiencing any further pain or discomfort. We are pleased with the outcome.
Absolutely love Dr. Cavan and her staff. I have been going to their office for the last 4 years now and I have not one single complaint. They do great business and they also have a family feel whenever I come for an appointment. Amy, the office manager, is always very helpful and accommodating when it comes to billing. Joey, the dental assistant, is very skilled and knowledgable. If you are ever in the San Diego/Chula Vista area stop by and they will not disappoint.
I'm so glad that I went here for my dental care. Before anything else, they have the Amazing team here! I don't have to wait for a long time like my old dentist because too many patient to deal with. Thanks to Amy because she explain to me in detail everything I need to know about the treatment. So happy with a good experience and a good result of my dental work.
