  This place is amazing. We went in for our first time last night ordered the wings, 2 entrees and got vegetable noodle and fried rice. All of this was ready in under 15 minutes. The proportions were good and everything tasted really good. I'm so glad I found a place close by.

  Otay Mandarin is a place we look forward to coming to, every year we visit my son in Chula Vista. We are from Roswell New Mexico and this place is better than any Asian restaurant we have found in the state. If you have a big appetite, they can't be beat, and the quality is exceptional. My wife and I give them 5 stars.

  Best takeout Chinese food in the area. I also love their salt and pepper chicken wings. I always get two orders. I recommend getting the fried rice with your entrees. You will not be disappointed. My wife is Chinese and even though the food isn't authentic in her opinion, she still likes the food. The restaurant is clean and always packed which is why I always order out and it's always ready in 15 minutes.
