  I do not typically review places, but the customer service that I received at this Buy Buy Baby was above and beyond my expectations. I purchased a pretty pricey Graco Travel System for my daughter that she really liked and wanted. This was the only store that carried it. I purchased it to give her on her baby shower. So the day after the shower my husband started putting it together for her and found that there was a broken piece that was much needed for the stroller. I called the Buy Buy Baby and they said to bring it back and they will see what they can do. I went into the store yesterday with my daughter and they no longer had that stroller available and we were not able to even purchase it online. I had her look at other strollers and there was only ONE that was very similar to the one she wanted but it was a bit more expensive. The associate Jesus, spoke to a manager for us and was able to give us an even exchange due to the inconvenience we had went through. Jesus showed my daughter all the features of the new stroller and what it can do. He really took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered. He was very approachable and extremely friendly and courteous. I will definitely be back to this store again and highly recommend it. Excellent customer service by all the associates we came in contact with. If I could give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would. Thank you to Jesus for your EXCELLENT customer service!!!!!!!!!

  My wife and I went in to buy couple of gifts for 3 of our clients that are pregnant and ready to deliver within this next weeks. When We went into the store the service was very nice, the staff was smiling everywhere and all the Members of staff were very nice, Unfortunately We didn't pay attention to the young lady that helped us, She was so kind and very helpful. She suggested so many different things for our clients. What We really appreciate was that every time we asked her what we thought a difficult question, she was able answer it and suggest to us the best for our clients. We really liked the store and the staff. We are very thankful to the person that helped us and gave so many good suggestions. She made the trip worth our while. It was awesome. Last time we had a baby was around 19 yrs ago and things sure have changed a Lot! So many modern things and gadgets you can buy now a days for your kids. Many which didn't even existed back in our days. Boy! we are very thankful that this store came to our neighborhood!
