Love living here! Feels like we are living in a resort. I’ve been here for a year and a half now. The staff is so friendly, the property is always clean, the neighbors are all nice. There’s always plenty of parking for me and any guests that I might have. If anything needs to be repaired, you easily open up a ticket online and it gets fixed immediately. Incredible amenities. The layout of apartments is brilliant in the way that you don’t really share any heavy traffic walls with neighbors. I only hear someone occasionally when I’m in the bathroom, and even then all I might hear is the faint sound of a flush, nothing more. I do hear the people upstairs, and the noise level has varied between neighbors. Nothing out of the norm for apartment living. I highly recommend this place! Especially if you have a child at the high school across the street. That has been incredibly convenient for my family.
Update: I was able to speak with Lisa Mason, the director of the complex via telephone; in reference to the previous problem with the new portal. Her understanding and willingness to develop a plan with their tenants when some modifications are in place. I still think that the portal should be setup first before making the transition to everyone can adjust to the new system. Alexis’s email was deep within my junk folder in my email and was able to speak with her via telephone the next day to smooth out some of the frustration endured. Overall, I am glad to have this communication with the respective management personnel in this complex.
Previously happened: The new company taking over the Enclave did not give appropriate notification on how the changes would effect the new portal to pay rent. I have been away from my residence at an academy for a few months; I have made my payments on time, and now the management is unwilling to make the form of payment accessible to a disabled veteran and current law enforcement officer. I spoke with Alexis asking kindly to forward an email to see if a resolution could be made, which was not done. I believe the actions based on this management should be considered before moving within this complex. The only part of management is willing to do is to avoid a late charge due to the new portal. If no action was shown, it clearly displays who you will be dealing with.
I cannot thank enough to Kati Loiacono at enclave. I was renting a two bedroom two bath on a short term lease at Enclave. From the time i walked in to her office to the date I vacated the place, she was very helpful and very professional. It shows that she wants residents to be happy and she would go beyond her way to accommodate their needs. We loved our short stay at Enclave and their salt water pool and Gym is awesome.

That being said the management here overall has been the best experience for me so far and I’ve been renting for over 15 years. That says a lot about the management here. Its very hard to come by good management who actually cares and here they care. Therefore, making it hard to leave because you feel valued here and that’s what is most important in my opinion.
I’ve been here for almost two years and keep renewing my lease because I enjoy the community and it’s amenities.
