  Dr Rodriguez and Dr Richman were absolutely amazing to us during our worse time. We brought our pup here for a second opinion after having a bad experience at another facility. These docs kept us informed throughout the process and gave us options. Our sweet girl was too tired and too sick. She is sleeping eternally and I could not have asked for a better doctor than Dr Rodriguez. She was so kind and caring. We are at peace and we know our girl is at peace. Thank you! Five stars for the docs. The front desk staff could show a little more compassion in these situations, but no other complaints

  Very nice and helpful doctor. She was thorough in explaining everything, listened to what I had to say, asked questions, and provided treatment options.
  
  It's a long wait right now because of COVID but they care about animals and that's what matters most to me.
  
  BTW, you have to fill out the online information THEN call to check in AFTER you arrive in the parking lot.

  Really good service! The woman that I talked too was super polite and easy going! It was nice how they would call me every 20 min to just tell me what’s wrong and how it was going! Overall very good!!

  My dog got into a fight in she was badly injured.
  I took her to the Pet Emergency and Specialty Center in South County on a weekend.
  Her wounds were life threatening as they penetrated into her abdominal cavity.
  She required hospitalization and emergency surgery.
  The service was excellent and second to none. From the initial phone call, instructions, communication, and all Veterinarian team expertise.
  My dog was taken to the OR during early morning hours after initial resuscitation with IVF and antibiotics.
  The doctors were in touch with me and gave me reports in regards to her progress.
  They were caring and dedicated.
  
  She made it against all odds!
  
  Hope do not have to bring any of my dogs to the hospital again but if the need arises I will choose again Pet Emergency and Specialty Center!
