Pacifica Del Mar

The food was great and the view was unbeatable. The menu offered something for everyone, not just those who want seafood. Having said that, the seafood was extremely fresh. The service was excellent even though it was clear they were understaffed during this shift. I will definitely be going there again.

Another Amazing Experience.

We travel to Southern Cal a couple of times a year. Pacifica is one of our favorite restaurants. This trip, we were celebrating our 30th anniversary. We drove an hour (one way) for the evening… the restaurant is that good!

Other than the parking (allow extra time to find parking. It’s crazy around there), the evening was flawless. Beautiful panoramic views of the sun setting over the Pacific, the best salmon I’ve ever eaten, and amazing service.

I’ve got to give a shout out to the managers. It takes a TON of work to consistently create such a great experience. I also HIGHLY recommend asking for Paul as your server. He’s nothing short of incredible.

If you haven’t eaten at Pacifica, you owe it to your self to enjoy the experience.

We rented out The Gallery for our wedding reception and everything was absolutely perfect! Stacey the event coordinator was so helpful, professional, and quick to respond to any questions I had. Our waiter and waitress on the day of the wedding were very attentive, they even helped us take the wedding gifts to our car.

I’ve been here to eat on other occasions as well, and I really wish I lived closer because the food is amazing and the view is beautiful.

Great place to hang out and really good food. We've been going here for years and I miss the mushroom chowder)soup but they still have great bites. Friendly staff and a great location. Hoping to checkout happy hour sometime soon! They also have a great brunch on the weekends.

Went to Monarch, Del Mar, CA. for Happy hour. Arrived just after 4pm. Get there early, as it tends to fill fast. Was able to find a table fairly quickly. Decent food and drink prices. Then moved up to the bar. Quick service; Thanks Ricki (W) & Tyler (M). Good music, GREAT view. Will be back.
