Christa was polite and prompt when responding to my initial e-mail to help coordinate the initial consultation with Donn. Donn has a wealth of experience to pull from and was able to give me strategic advice on a handful of different product ideas at various stages of development. Speaking with Donn felt like I had my own private office hours with a top professor at university and I'm forever grateful for the advice he provided.
