UPDATE Still great! Monarch very lively and very loud. Good food. UPDATE: fun St Patrick's day happy hour! UPDATE- BUSY AS USUAL LAST FRIDAY NIGHT!

(June 30, 2022, 2:10 pm)Great rooftop I would say to relax, enjoy live music, watch amazing sunsets and have a few cocktails while waiting for your reservation to several connected restaurants. Or small retail shopping stores. This place has amazing ocean views. Just an excellent outdoor environment.

(August 9, 2021, 8:43 am)Patio cocktail before lunch at Monarch Ocean Pub. Great atmosphere. Food was very good, although they ran out of pastrami at 1PM on Saturday? Will definitely go back!
