They have carefully screened potential tenants to find reliable, solid residents, and responded quickly to requests and repairs. They are very knowledgeable about property values in the area, and work carefully to set fair rental prices and make sure properties are maintained properly. When I had some communication issues with someone on staff, Bob cheerfully and helpfully stepped in to make sure everything was resolved. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone involved is satisfied, and is genuinely willing to be of assistance. NCPG has made our lives easier, and I highly recommend them!

When working together it's very important for communication, process, and the service provided to work hand-in-hand with each other and NCPG is no exception. We provide updates to them, their tenants, and make sure everyone is aware of what's going on. On the flip side, they emphasize getting every detail that helps us do our jobs. This is essential due to the many moving parts - tenants, property managers, owners, workers, etc. that are involved in property management. I highly recommend these guys, I know you'll love them!
