These men provided great customer service. I drove in with a tire slowly leaking air. The tech was ready to go to lunch, but instead took the nail out and patched my tire. Thank you to the employee/manager and tech for fixing my tire. In addition, the man who helped me was extremely polite and helpful. American Tire Depot is the best!

The people at this location are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. I've taken several of my vehicles to them and they always perform excellent service. The shop is clean and professional. Wow! What great and fast service. Adam took care of me when I was in a pinch. I have to admit, I primarily use another tire company (Firestone) but they could not help me right away. Said I would need an appointment and it was 3 days out. Well that doesn’t work with needing a new tire because old one is damaged. I called American Tire Depot and spoke to Adam. Said they could have me in and out in about an hour. Well he was right! Quick speedy service and price was very reasonable. Sure, I could’ve saved some money under warranty at other place but would have to wait days. I got what I paid for at American, Fast exceptional service by people who care about their customers. Thanks to Adam I’ll be buying new tires from American Tire Depot!

What a great place to have your car worked on! Got a nail in one of my tires, pulled up and was greeted by Justin and Brandon, they got my car in the bay, inspected the puncture and patched it up for me, without trying to make me buy another tire. Best of all, they didn’t charge me a penny. Justin said this is part of their service. Just WOW! Thank you so much! If you ever need a tire or help with the repair, this is the place!!!

They were recommended to me and just want to say Justin did a great Job! The customer service from the time I walked in to the time I left was outstandingly good. They were quick to help me and finished way before the estimate. I bought 5 tires and had the mounted, balanced, etc. and it was a very positive experience. Will recommend them and use them again! We met Nataliya at an open house, she stayed in touch with us, kept us updated what’s on the market and emailed up with the home we ended up buying.
