  Great customer support!
  I called Bob Jenson to help troubleshoot a thermostat issue and gas leak. They got it done and the whole process was easy and efficient. Their customer service rep, Marcella, was great at follow-up and their technician, Roy, was super knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like Roy's goal was to support the customer and I felt good about my overall experience.

  I am very pleased with the excellent customer service provided by Marcella and everyone in the company.
  From the very first call, Marcella has always been very helpful and polite. At some point, I felt bad to be calling for inquiries so multiple times and she always reassured me they’re at my service in a very non judgmental manner. Highly professional and simply delivering the best. Top notch company.
  I got my HVAC system replaced by this company and the whole process was as smooth as possible. I had previously contacted a very popular SD HVAC company and the service was lacking in so many areas to say the least.
  Marcella along with colleagues Cyrus, Roy, Randy and crew truly reflect the quality Bob Jensen co. delivers. Thank you!

  My experience with Bob Jenson has always been a pleasurable one. It starts with Marcella who answers the call with a friendly voice and eager to assist attitude and it ends with Cyrus who shows up with a smile, equipped and ready to get the job done. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure we are taken care of.

  Tom is a great technician who was able to assess, communicate, and accurately diagnose our repairs. Tom then worked quickly to restore our a/c and then made recommendations for repairs and equipment reliability that was tailored to our needs and financing. Tom’s skills and professionalism turned a bad day into a great one! Thank you Tom!
