I've been buying products from sallys for over 8 years and have been to numerous stores in California but my experience this evening with a member of your staff, Maria, was like any other and I say this in over all customer service as a quality few have in the retail industry. She was very genuine in light pleasant conversation that wasn't overbearing but let me know as a customer that I was acknowledged and she was readily available to assist. It's employees like her that set the bar and more businesses need to hire not only people who enjoy their job but have overall personable traits. I will be now shopping at this location more often.
