I notified the shop that I needed to reschedule my appointment over the phone, from there I was told to just bring my vehicle in the following morning. Showed up when they opened at 8:30 and Ivan was quick to jump on my vehicles windshield replacement. Him and the rest of his team finished the replacement in a half hour so I was blown away by how fast it went. The replacement comes with a lifetime warranty so if any issues happen to show up all I have to do is bring my car back and they'll repair/replace the windshield for free. Everyone there was nice and professional so I definitely recommend this location.

(October 7, 2019, 12:56 pm)Got my windshield replaced a few weeks ago by A1. The lobby was comfortable, staff was friendly and very helpful. Windshield was changed in about an hour. (I thought it would take longer) I would recommend to everyone.

I drove over 30 minutes away, with several shops being way closer because this is a small business with unmatched pricing, hospitality, and loyalty to customer service perfection!!! The highest rated tinting business here in San Diego blew me off as “another customer”... A1 made me feel like “THE ONLY CUSTOMER!!!”
