On the first visit, Michael came out after normal business to fix the the electricity to the AC that wasn’t working. He did a temporary fix but told us the panel needed to be replaced. We already knew that as the house is > 50 years old.

He was very friendly and explained what needed to be done. He then gave us written estimates of prices for minor repairs to replacing then whole panel. He explained the company’s policy’s on repairs and warranties. He seemed very sincere.

Today when he came, he replaced the panel as we had requested. Again was very friendly and professional. Prior to leaving, he went through the house and tested outlets and switches to be sure everything was working properly. Again, he was very friendly and appeared to be sincere. He really is just a nice guy.
