PRN Physical Therapy

I was looking for a place to take aquatic physical Therapy & was so happy to find this place. I will be very honest I have tried various forms of physical therapy for different things & have never been really satisfied. I wasn’t real hopeful this time either, but I have had my 2nd visit & feel more flexible already. Everyone is so kind & helpful. I feel they are knowledgeable as well. It is also a convenient location. Easy to get an appointment too. I highly recommended PRN Physical Therapy.

Been here twice, once recently and the other a few years ago. Both experiences have been fantastic. I've had chronic neck and back pain for a long time and after a handful of sessions, I'm doing much better. Franklin, Kellie and Ian do care a lot and love what they do. Really grateful for them.

In the past five years, I have needed four rounds of PT after spinal surgeries. Each time, my surgeon asks where I want to go, and I always answer PRN El Cajon. Each time, I have worked with Franklin and others on staff. I'm never disappointed with my results. They even accommodate my four-year-old who often accompanies me to therapy. Great place!

Best PT I have ever been to! I have had sciatica, bulging discs, nerve issues, the list can keep going.. and every injury I show up with the team here at PRN have been able to get me fully moving again. I have been to plenty of doctors and PT's and these guys are the best. Highly recommend!

Rob Tendick is one of the most knowledgeable, insightful, and helpful people I have ever met and he is an even better physical therapist! His entire staff is kind, resourceful, and will go out of their way to ensure you get the best care you need. I have been with Rob for five years now and he had greatly improved my life and health. I have tried other PT places and there is absolutely no comparison, PRN El Cajon is just the best!
