  I love this Vet! Everyone makes you feel so at home and welcome. When you walk in you feel like your with family and not just another animal owner as I’ve experienced in the past with other veterinarian hospitals. I live over one hour away from this vet and wouldn’t have an issue with driving every day if I had to from how amazing they are. This is the SECOND time Dr.Girgis saves one of my pets. First my dog and second my cat. Went in there with my poor cat dying from eating something he wasn’t supposed to and Dr.G prepared me for worst case scenario and delivered over the top results! I would highly recommend any pet owners who really want to see progress to leave all the petty stuff to the side and consider the amazing care and experience as well as being straight and honest from the doctor and his side by side staff! If I could give them 10 stars I surely would.

  No complaints here ! Vets and staff took good care of my dog before, during and after his surgery. And at a very reasonable cost.

  Took a feral cat in for neutering, everything went quickly and smoothly, the office staff and techs were kind and explained everything well. I received an estimate when I dropped him off, but after he was under anesthesia they found an infected wound that needed flushed and sutured, they called to ok additional charges and sent a revised estimate to my email for me to look over. Very smooth and efficiently run. They called me as soon as he was waking up to let me know he was awake and doing well. The check out process went just as smooth and quick. They took great care of my boy and I will be using them again, and would highly recommend them!

From the kindness and patience of the staff, the professionalism, knowledge, and guidance of Dr. G, and the very affordable pricing are the reasons Bastet Vet has been our vet clinic for years. Thank you for offering same day vet visits, even when it's last minute. Thank you for working with my budget and allowing me to make payment arrangements when needed. Thank you for always being good to my pets and for giving them the best care.

  They make you feel comfortable about the care options. Never pressure or judgement for the staff. Always super helpful and supportive. Uses language anyone can understand no big medical words leaving you confused. My dog loves going. I would say if you want a great Dr that cares about your extend family members give them a shot. You will fall in love with the care.
