My wife and I purchased our Winnebago motorhome from La Mesa RV 5 years ago. Since the beginning, Frank Salazar has been our Service Representative and we just can't say enough positive things about Frank. He is a true professional in this business. We have been RVing for over 30 years and have had many experiences with Service Representatives through out the years. We highly recommend working with Frank at La Mesa RV service department.
We had an A/C failure in a new RV and even though all service appointments were booked for several months ahead, Ryan Preston managed to squeeze me in within a few days of my call. They fixed the problem quickly and had me back out in very short time. Ryan has been extremely helpful during prior service visits and I have always appreciated his great attitude, professionalism and courtesy!
This team, including the Service Mgr, Chris, and Christy and Jacob (and the Mobile Team). Have serviced our 5th Wheel several times in the last 6 months for a number of issues. They have gone above and beyond EVERY TIME. On time, polite, patient, lots of communication and great attitude. Love this shop and would never trust our RV to ANY other repairs in Mesa!!!
Frank Salazar in the service department provided excellent service as measured by his communication and thorough explanation of the warranty and non-warranty work that needed to be performed.
Manager Javier stepped in and proactively took care of a warranty dispute within hours which I thought was exceptional customer service
I have had many issues that were still under Warranty. LA Mesa RV was able to help me get these items corrected in a timely manner. In particular I want to state my appreciation to Service Rep Ryan Preston. I am a new camper and when equipment didn't seem to be operating correctly Ryan was able to listen to what I was saying and have items checked out. I greatly appreciate the fact that he listened to what was happening and was able to work with the technicians and investigate the issues. I also appreciate the fact that Ryan took time with me; answering my many questions as a newbie RV owner, never rushed me or talked down to me because I was a woman. This is the true value of a service center! There are a million things to learn when you are a beginner and the barely an hour of 'orientation' given at the Sales office was helpful more is needed. I also appreciated the updates. I needed to wait at the center and updates are always appreciated. I want to learn why or why not something is working and how to prevent issues in the future. Thank-you La Mesa RV for the great Service!
