  Good service. Small store but at least 2 of 3 employees stay on top of things. Go there during slow times so they can help you properly.

  this is third time coming over like usually we have to pay our payments I asked her if you have cable wire for LG phone she said .yes we do and then how much is it. she said $25 she doesn't mention the tax so I asked her that's $25 even the second lady she answer and she said no it's Plus tax so how much it will be. she said it will be $30 some change. I think we have to have a lawyer with us anywhere you go so if you can talk that much the second person he will answer I hope one day we will have a robot customer service and they should program really good how to answer and what to say they don't training the employees on the right way to make customer service excellence I am just a little bit stressed but it's okay I have to put review also I hope all the companies around us they supposed to check the review at least response to that person maybe he will take off that bad review or change the way of the customer service .I love T-Mobile

  I am surprised at the bad reviews on here. I think this is the best T-Mobile store in East County. Trent went above.and beyond to get me the phone I wanted, help me with a trade in, and explained how I could apply for and receive my Veteran discount. The other staff have been courteous and helpful each time as well. Thank you team!
