Our family was a customer here since we moved down, and until we moved away. The local team is AWESOME. The place is kept very clean (including the bathroom!) and in good repair. They've always been quick to assist with stuff as it comes up (needing after-hours access, adding space (we got up to 3 units when we had projects), etc.). Friendly, courteous, professional, I obviously can't say enough good.

Took off a star (and only one, because apparently the crew gets gigged if it's more) because of cost. Extra Space charges "what the market will bear", which is why I saw prices on those 3 units about double over the course of six months (after I'd been there a couple years). Yeah, no, y'all are good, but no longer what I consider a good value. So over the course of the next 4 months, I've gone from 3 units ... to zero. I also relocated 20 miles away, so convenience became a part of it. Sadly, that's also why I had Extra Space in my new area on the bottom of my list ... I just can't justify the cost, and the uncertainty that you won't jack my rates after I'm settled in.

Great place. I understand why they are at 98% occupied capacity Clean affordable and secured. Staff from online (Charlie) to in person (Houston) were most helpful and supportive. No hard sale no hidden fees or surprises. Climate controlled or not options available. No flooding with Ian occurred. Recommend for quick storage or long term

My things remained in great care. Always had access when needed..building was always clean. Anytime I called office they were helpful. Removing my things from storage and discontinuing was quick and easy. Although great, I hope to never need storage again. Moving sucks

Amazing custom service!!! I had to move out of my storage unit last week and could not find my key, the owner helped out big time that day. I had to show proof/id of ownership and he helped cut my lock. Also, I had a huge move to NC and a 26 ft truck that was not large enough for all my belongings. I decided last minute I had to get rid of some things. The owner once again went above and beyond and helped me dump my belongings that I no longer needed. I know most storage units will not let you use their dumpster, but I was in a bind. I cannot thank him enough for all of the extra assistance. If not for his help I would have taken an extra day with the uhaul, which would have been a large expense. So once again thank you. Facility is always safe and clean. My furniture looked great, no damage. Highly recommend.

I needed to put some of my things in storage and this was by far the best place I found. They had everything I needed and more. What I love about this place is that they offered air controlled units. And it certainly is. I am very pleasantly surprised every time I go into the unit at how cool it is. The place is well lit and cleanly kept. And those were a lot of reasons I chose this place. The manager (Houston Bush) treats customers extremely well and is a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend extra storage space at this location for your needs.

Great for spin classes

Love M.F.O. and the trainers. They meet you where you are and encourage and build you up until you reach your goals, then you reassess and set new ones. You don't become stagnate, only better every day! They are like a 2nd family, helping you become the best you - physically, mentally, and emotionally!
