    Raymond was so resourceful, and helpful. Definitely made the process super quick and easy. The facility is nice and clean. Highly recommend.

    It was okay after I finally got in contact with the facility manager after much effort. Had to go up the ladder to eventually receive a phone call. I waited at the facility for 20 to 30 minutes for that. He said he was back in the building and didn't have service. The entire time I spent unloading a uhaul and my truck, I never lost service myself even in the elevator. So that's the ugly. The good is everything went smoothly after I got signed up. Rates are not bad, the facility is clean and dry. I would try them again should the need arise.

    I have rented several storage units in the past but this was by far the best experience! Raymond and George were extremely kind and accommodating. They worked hard to find the right unit for me and made the entire process run so smoothly. The facility is new and clean and offers several conveniences that most places do not. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage!!

    I came and toured a unit before renting and the GM, Dwight was super nice and helpful. The process to rent a unit (I believe I worked with George, the Assist. Mgr) was quick and easy. The inside space is very clean and easy to navigate. The multiple handcarts made moving in extremely fast and manageable. I'm glad it's only a mile from home so I can quickly get items if needed.
