  The best breakfast staff ever plus the bestest breakfast ever all you can eat and best of all the comfortable luxurious rooms so you can spend a magnificent time inside with its automatic AC for when it's hot and heater for cold nights. Love this place a lot I will never forget the breakfast here.

  I made a reservation online through Expedia, however when I arrived at the hotel Expedia hadn't processed my information. Lawrence at the front desk reception was VERY nice, patient and helpful and helped sort it all out for me! If it wasn't for his persistence in locating my reservation, I would have gone to a different hotel. He managed to make our stay that much more pleasant with his kind demeanor and great sense of humor! During our stay, we enjoyed our beautiful suite, delicious breakfast bar and how the hotel is conveniently located off the freeway. I will definitely be back & highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area! :)

  We had a suite for Saturday night booked with the help of a very professional gentleman at the other best western which was sold out. The staff was very courteous and nice at this locationas well. We loved the room and everything but there were few ants in one of the rooms. It was an extra room with a bunk bed. I would give less stars if it were in my room but I want to give good rating because of the service I received.

  People that left bad reviews are naive and obviously have not worked in the service industry a day in their life. You can’t please everyone all of the time, but the hotel and the staff are all clearly hand picked by someone that knows what it takes to do it right in the service industry. Awesome service - awesome staff - top notch accommodations. Heather and Haydee were always there for whatever a guest needed at all times. From the front desk all the way through to the owner, this place is 5 stars! Cleanliness and attentiveness were above and beyond the call of duty at all times. Period.
