I have been working out and loosing weight, but had so many beautiful clothing that i could not let go of; Grace was able to take it in where things need to be to fit my body perfectly. It has been several more months and I am happy with the service here on both cleaning and alterations. They are honest and friendly people. I had left $200 in my pocket and when i asked about it: they had kept in an envelope since I guess when the clothes are cleaned, a lot of things fall out, but they did not know who it belongs to... “I have attended numerous events at the El Cajon Courtyard Marriott, but this was the first time actual staying there. This weekend trip was with my elderly mother, and I wanted a special get away. We had a nice time, and she enjoyed several of the Marriott’s amenities. I was glad to see the cleanness standard of the hotel is carried to the guest rooms, Leo serviced our room and she does excellent work. We had requested a handicap accessible room. We were pleased that there were adequate handrails on the toilet and a seat in the shower. We purchased the breakfast package room rate, and I wish there had been more options than what was included in the meal. Most of the items on the menu apart from the oatmeal was not senior friendly. The staff was nice but was not able to substitute from their limited breakfast menu. I ended up having to order from the regular menu to accommodate our dietary needs. We enjoyed listening to the music and it adds to the peaceful atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel are warm and friendly. A special thank you to Cody for the assistance of the late check out.”
