There are fire-pits, tables a beach volleyball court, there is a great concession stand, places to rent chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. It’s a true local spot and a friendly welcoming place.

Most tourists don't know about it so there are times where you can go and truly have a wonderful experience with out it being overly crowded. The beach is expansive and beautiful. The surf here seems to be amazing as there are always tons of people in the water trying to catch waves. Probably one of my top 5 spots in SD.
