After looking for our home, on and off, for over a year, Pete's enthusiasm for our search never faltered. He came up with strategies to help us decide on the best neighborhood and educated us on all the elements involved with the home buying process. He answered every phone call and email almost immediately, and consistently offered to show us whatever home we showed interest in.

  I live in Illinois and fell in love with the Encinitas and Carlsbad area and was lucky enough to contact Pete 4 1/2 years ago to find a house in the area. Needless to say, buying a house remotely can be a daunting experience but I felt confident sending Pete to scout new listings and FaceTime live walk throughs with me. He stuck with the process and never seemed impatient and always had answers to my questions about the location etc. We were able to cement a deal in 2017 and Pete handled everything without a hitch from coordinating the inspection, final walk through, closing issues and even went above and beyond to help me get some maintenance professionals in while I was in Illinois. The way real estate transactions are handled in CA are so different from Illinois that it really was essential that I had trust in Pete.
