  Robert is a true professional. We were very pleased with how he handled our rental. He was able to find a tenant quickly, kept us informed of all the steps in the process, answered many questions, and was very organized. It was a pleasure working with Robert and we highly recommend him for his property management expertise and his responsive, reliable service.

  Rob was fabulous from the very beginning of our sale/purchase relationship. His knowledge of the real-estate market was extensive and he made us confident that he could provide the marketing that would help our house sell quickly, which it did! Rob also got to know the priorities we had for finding our new home and was able to show us any properties we were interested in seeing in a timely manner. We had a few hiccups along with way, with both the buyer of our house and the seller of the new property, but Rob navigated these issues with ease - and even helped our close happen on time, when there was a miscommunication between the escrow companies. We highly recommend Robert Patrize!

  If you want a real estate agent that will do his utmost to sell/purchase a property, I strongly recommend Robert Patrize. He showed us properties for a year; tirelessly, calling him all hours of the day/eve. His professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to satisfy us was unmatched by any other agent we've dealt with in the past. We're originally from the east coast; the areas in San diego weren't familiar to us. Robert set aside many hours getting to know our specific likes/dislikes. He wasn't "pushy," urging us to not to make a purchase until we were thoroughly satisfied. He takes pride in his work and caters to his clients. He beat out the competition's commission, also.In addition, he has a professional crew that took videos of our home. He sold our home in just a few days. We recommended him to several of our neighbors and friends; they were thrilled with his work, also.
