Only improvement suggestion would be turning down music and turning up instructors volume- can’t hear them half the time and have to follow along visually to queue the moves.

(June 8, 2021, 4:40 pm)I came in for one of Rebecca's rides and it was unreal! I own an F45 studio in Carlsbad Poinsettia and am planning on getting a big group of my members to come in for a group ride because I loved it so much!!
I felt like I slipped into another world for that hour, and it was a fun world -

Katie is such a sweetheart and has bent over backwards to make everyone feel safe, especially during these times. Taking spin classes outdoors has become such a great experience for me! It truly has made me become more in-tune with the music, the experience and myself, especially on the bike. I cannot say anything bad about any instructors because they all are f**king fantastic! Best music, best attitudes, and SO nice!
