Dr. Makani is excellent. I have been seeing her for over 10 years now. She has always taken the time to listen to me, asks pertinent questions, helped me find a new GP when I was unhappy with the one I was going to, and recommended that I seek a 2nd opinion on a different health issue that did not involve obgyn issues...and it ended up that she was correct in having me seek out that 2nd opinion! She goes the extra mile. Just recently, I developed an extremely painful UTI late on a Saturday night. Her partner, Dr. Trong (I believe that's her name) actually answered the call herself and called in a prescription to an all night CVS for which I had the number. No dealing with a service, call back time, etc. I am very pleased with Women's Integrative Health Care.
