  I cannot say enough good things about Silverado Encinitas Memory Care Community. Our family member has dementia. They came to Silverado very hostile and angry, but unable to live on their own. The staff immediately embraced them and our family. They have been an amazing resource and help through the process of admission to now. Our family member has been at Silverado for a year and a half. They are happier and healthier than they were when they moved in. Everyone on staff knows them by name and treats them with respect and love. The facilities are wonderful. It doesn't feel institutional. There are beautiful grounds for patients and families to visit, the food is great, there are activities at the facility and off campus for the residents, but to me, the staff is the best thing about Silverado. They have made our whole family feel calmer, safer, supported and cared about. Very grateful to Silverado Encinitas!
