It seems odd to write a review about getting procedures that are no fun, but if you need em, this is the place to go. I've had MRI's, CT Scans, Ultrasounds, etc. in various facilities, but this place is the best, and I always request them. Part oIf that is the equipment; the MRI machine is open, not closed. This make a huge difference. But really, it's the people that make the experience as pleasant as it can possibly be. Leah is amazing; from the first time some years back to today's procedure, she always has a smile and treats me like family. Today they squeezed me in on very short notice, like a couple hours; thanks Haley; you were fantastic:) So you check in and see Leah's smiling face, and right next to her is Irma; she's also wonderful and they make a great team. To be greeted by smiling faces and a little laugh puts you at ease and makes the whole experience so much better than it could be. Jose has done an excellent job of running the place, but now he's moving on :( With competent, caring professionals like Leah, Irma, and Haley, it doesn't get any better .Thanks again you guys.

I arrived early for my appointment and no sooner had I completed my paperwork when the technician Armando took me in for my MRI. He was very courteous, friendly and understanding of my claustrophobic fear of having an MRI. He talked to me during the procedure telling me how long each increment was, and checked to see how I was doing. I was very pleased with the staff and technician and would highly recommend this facility.
