Gems N' Loans - Escondido

Came down to Gems N’ Loans in Escondido to check out some gold chains & as soon as I walked in, I immediately felt the great customer service. I didn’t feel like a customer but more like family. Alan, Cesar & Samantha all had great experience & were very knowledgeable with the gold I was checking out & with their inventory. Great overall experience & also picked up some great items. Worked with Alan (at the Escondido location) to sell a few jewelry items that were broken and ended up purchasing some jewelry as well. Everyone in the store was pleasant and welcoming, especially Alan who showed me a variety of jewelry. Exceptional customer service all around.
