(January 12, 2020, 1:23 am)I have done 2 separate challenges here and succeeded in both of them and strongly believe that if it was not for the positive family feeling environment here I would have never succeeded. For many years I struggled with my weight I even went to the gym down the street but nobody was there to help me. Here at the Camp not only do they they help you they also show you what you're supposed to be doing and if you don't get it right they help you find a way that you yourself can do it does not all bodies are the same and they know that. I highly recommend this place for anybody who likes a smaller more personal workout environment with positive fun loving family friends they will keep you motivated from the minute you walk in the door

(August 6, 2019, 1:29 am)The Camp Transformation Center is a great place whether you’re a beginner trying to build good weight loss habits and a great HIIT workout gym for people further along in exercise experience.
Camp Escondido may be a smaller location but the family atmosphere, supportive coaches and friendly customer relations staff definitely create a strong engaging culture that keeps me coming back!
Thank you to Rome, Eileen and the rest of our amazing coaches and family! I’m excited to continue my journey with The Camp!
