Mendoza’s Mexican Food

We’ve been waiting for this spot to open up, and it did not disappoint. Super clean lobby, great customer service, and fast and delicious food. Very affordable too. Plus they have a salsa bar. We’ve been back at least once a week since it opened!

Super convenient location in East Escondido. The food is absolutely amazing. good portions and delicious salsa bar. The beans were magnificent. My wife is a Bean and cheese burrito connoisseur and she says this is the best in San Diego county. Two thumbs up.

Great service ,hot chips and salsa while you wait..we had rolled tacos they were perfect. Definitely will be going back

I went Mendoza’s today, out of curiosity because the opening soon sign, now said Open. Before you step in you see big nice photos of some of the items on the menu. And a few tables and chairs for outside dinning. Once I entered I saw how neat and clean it was. And was greeted right away with a smile and “How are you, and may I help you, and then she let me know “ take your time”. Once I made my selection, she talked with me a little more about the strength of the different sauces. As I continued to look around and at all different food items on the menu. I didn’t even need to sit down because my food was ready. But not only did she greet me a “Goodbye but even the cook in the back did too. Mendoza’ is is truly a 5 Star business, but the food is too. This woman will be back, and if you haven’t been it should be on your need to go list.
