Symmetry Athletics Personal Training

I have been training with Kale for over one year now and have been so pleased with every session we have had together. He is extremely thoughtful about the workouts that he puts together, tailoring each session to my fitness level, my ability, and my goals. I always feel that my workouts are attainable, but that they push me beyond what I am capable of on my own. Kale is not just a talented and knowledgeable professional, but an incredible person. He is motivating, kind, and easy to talk to. I always feel as though I am training with a friend, and leave my workouts feeling stronger and happier.

I have worked out with Kale Pirga since January of 2019 when I was really feeling discouraged about my health and fitness. Kale is an amazingly nice person who has helped me regain strength and balance with the training program he implements. He is inspirational and motivating. I think the benefits from working out with him have positively impacted my life and helped me feel more confident in my abilities. I recommend him without reservation!

I have been training with Kale for several years and he has been a wonderful. I am a senior female , Kale tailors our sessions to my ability but with emphasis on strength and flexibility.... he is an interesting guy and my time feels like a meeting with a treasured friend !
