  My wife and I love Cocoon Cross Fit. from day one we were welcome with open arms, all the coaches are very knowledgeable, and are always looking out for us newbies and making sure we have proper form. Its a very family oriented gym, and we are extremely happy to be members here.

  This place is my home away from home. I can comfortably bring my kids here to play in their playroom while i get my workout on. Everyone is friendly, the workouts are great and it's a motivating environment. I go 4-5 days a week. Now it's time to start 6am class Tu/Th!

  The members are inviting, funny, and make you feel comfortable! The coaches focus on technique before moving onto more challenging movements or heavier weight. The equipment and gym itself is clean and there’s a kids area where they all play and the parent can keep an eye on their kid during the class. The workouts are always good and vary in movements. Highly recommended!

  I started working out at Cocoon CrossFit in Escondido about 6 months ago. I was looking for a place where I could safely learn some weight lifting/crossfit skills and meet some nice people. Cocoon CrossFit has a welcoming vibe and the coaches are terrific. They will customize the workout to your skill level and spend time helping you learn the new techniques. You will work hard and have some fun, too!

  This is the box for you if you are looking for a place to Crossfit in Escondido. People are very friendly. Great community and culture for motivating yourself to do better than you think you can. Great for all ages and experience levels. The coaches will work to ensure that the workouts scale to your skill levels.
