Great place for all your pets supplies. We buy dog food and wild bird seed. We get our dogs vaccinated there too.

I wish you had science diet and Purina pro plan which is veterinarian recommended so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way to Petco. Too many boutique type dog foods with Pea protein.

I know a German Shepard who lives in an RV and doesn't get enough play time, so I started stopping by at least a few times a week if not everyday to have her type me up the street to the grocery store and back on my 🛹skateboard🛹 and we both love it! HOWEVER, I noticed she only had a collar to attach the leash to, and I just wasn't comfortable with her pulling me from her basically tossing me from her neck. so I went to Kahoots to buy her a harness.

I didnt know if she was good or not with other dogs, so instead of going inside, I called Kahoots and told the guy my situation 'I'm out front and I need a large harness for a German Shepard the associate (I didn't catch his name) quickly understood and had my wait a total of maybe 10 seconds before he came outside with a few harnesses to choose from, I got a Large Harness for I think $42 after tax and not only did he put it on her for me, a second associate came and was very kind to my dog, first asked "is it to give her treats?", I said "Of course" and the second associate kept Bella's attention by kindly and correctly giving her little nibbles of treats as the first associate for the harness on nice and snug, and taught me the correct way to fit the harness, which is with enough space to fit '2 FINGERS TO FIT UNDER'

Not only were the employees knowledge about their products and how to interact with anxious dogs, but they also made the experience wonderful and efforts for me. Thank you to the two employees and to Kahoots, you have a new customer for life!

Accessibility: they have accessible, close parking spots right in front of the store as well as a ramp to get up to the building. The front doors are motion-activated and it's well lit inside with wide isles and smooth floors.

Experience: upon walking in, the very first I noticed was how well organized they are, wow! This looks like the most organized pet store I have ever been to. Everything was sitting perfectly straight on every isle and the items weren't crammed in anywhere.
On the downside, they did not have the canned dog food I needed...Hills Science Diet, Chicken and Barley for age 7+. I had to drive to Pets Plus because they had it. Still a great store! The employees were super nice too!
