(December 26, 2019, 2:58 pm)Service staff is amazing & has always answered all my questions regarding my motorcycle as well as been very affordable compared to any local motorcycle mechanic. The sales department on the other hand has been rude, pushy, and unhelpful. Recently sold my F800R, but buying an F800GS soon, will be "trying out" the Temecula BMW location, but would not be surprised if I end up back here as I have been very pleased with the service department.
(August 4, 2018, 3:33 pm)I went in today to order a new key and the parts department as usual, super helpful and courteous. I enquired about a cell phone holder that mounts on the bars for easy access which they had so I bought it and they mounted it for free. It was only one screw and some assembling but in no way, shape or form were they obligated to get out in the hot sun and put it on my bike and give me tips about its use and to stow it away when the bike is left unattended. Long story short, BMW motorcycles Escondido go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy.
