Hi my name is Emily and i go to Iowa Street which is know called Fallbrrook Homeschool Academy.I love this school. It is the best school ever! I wish i could stay here longer but I can't because they don't have enough students to have a 7th and 8th Grade. I am in 6th Grade and I DO NOT see any bullying, teasing, cussing or violence at this school and I'm even on campus so I would know. Most kids at other schools hate going to their school but I actually want to go to school every day and i have learned so much. My brain is over filled with wonderful stuff, like language arts, math, and grammar. I also love the homeschooling program I want to go to school but I also want to hang out with my mom more and this school has gave me that opportunity. The teachers are enthusiastic about teaching and its gets me excited. I have made so many friends at this school. i wanted to thank this wonderful school for giving me this amazing education and experience. I just wanted to say THIS SCHOOL IS AMAZING AND ROCKS!!!!!!!!

My son has attended Iowa Street (now Fallbrook Home School Academy) for 5 years. The program here is one of a kind. I feel so fortunate to have been a part of Iowa Street, and I will be sad to have to move on next year. My son, now in 6th grade, feels the same way. Do to the teachings, mentoring, acceptance, and love Gunner (my son) has received from Iowa Street he is well prepared to move on.

When I say the program is one of a kind; it is. I am very involved in my son's life. I feel I am responsible in helping him be the best person he can be. I do not feel it is all on a school's shoulders. At Iowa Street this feeling is shared among the staff.
I am accepted with open arms to be involved on and off campus, to manipulate my son's studies as they fit his needs. I am not just a parent, but a parent teacher and a partner with Gunner's teachers. Together we provided what I feel is best for my son.

School districts are bound by many obstacles, teachers are never paid for their worth, and children don't always get to explore and learn at the same time. At Iowa Street the children do though. This is where the extra time with family, friends, and extracurricular activity provided by the parent (parent teachers) is so valuable.

Fallbrook does have a new Superintendent, Candace Singh, who supports and believes in Iowa Street. She has reached out to Iowa Street when, I believe, others were afraid too, because of Iowa Street's different approach to learning.
Iowa Street's test scores and our childrens smiles are proof change is good.

In the five years we have been a part of Iowa Street my son has had four different homeroom teachers. The last two years he has had approximately 12-16 kids in each class. Gunner is advanced in all subjects, and he has confidence in himself and his work. He is a product of his environment.

Personally in our years at Iowa Street we haven't dealt with bullying. My son and his classmates feel fortunate that they don't deal with these pressures. They hear stories from friends at other schools, and are always thankful they go to Iowa Street.

It's obvious I am a huge advocate for Iowa Street. I haven't always seen eye to eye with everyone I have come across at Iowa Street. However, I am a perpetual realist and believe this too is a part of learning and acceptance. Another lesson in life that I am thankful I have the chance to teach my son.

    Thank you, Iowa Street.
