  Customer satisfaction is very important to them. We had an issue with a new bike order and Pars was all over that quickly. He's completely built trust and we LOVE the new Specialized e-bike he sold us. This could have been a difficult situation with another vendor but not with 2 Wheels Cycling Boutique. These guys rock!

  Raul, Pars and Memo did an amazing job woking with me in all aspects of my old ride to my new ride. They didn’t bike shame me for having an older bike when I first ran across their shop. In fact encourages me to learn what I could and gave great advice to prep for the style of riding I was doing. Ultimately I believe this comfortability and great relationship led to me purchasing a bike confidently from them. Every time I stop in, whether for a break, question or purchase I am treated greatly and it is outstanding to see others coming in and the community support of their shop. If anyone has any question ask any one of these guys and honest feedback from personal experience is what you will receive. Outstanding shop!

  I was at 2Wheels this morning with my bike which I had a problem with attaching my mirror. I should have got the guys name who dropped what he was doing to help me. Not only did he fix my mirror no charge, but he was super nice as well. Very nice shop with excellent customer service.

  excellent customer service, everyone at this store is WONDERFUL. they tuned up my beach cruiser fast and inexpensive. i would recommend them to all. i cant say enough good things about them, i will definately be back
