  Dr. Todd and his staff are amazing! I was faced with the option of physical therapy or orthroscopic surgery for a torn rotator cuff. Eighteen therapy sessions later and no surgery and the shoulder feels great. Dr. Todd knows his stuff and is a blast to talk to. Best physical therapy place around.

  The atmosphere is very pleasant and calming, almost spa like. The staff is patient, professional and never seem rushed or over tasked. Todd Sparks is a Physical Therapist with an amazing ability to do the deep massage and break up my knotted and sore muscles.
  As a retired Navy SEAL, I have had many an injuries requiring Physical Therapy; I HAVE NEVER HAD BETTER TREATMENT AND RESULTS.

  Dr. Todd is amazing! As well has Z and Jenelle! They’re very informative, knowledgeable, and fun. They always push me and support. I had a mid foot fusion done and I’m already transitioning to 100% weight bearing because my dr is so pleased in the results from my therapy. Thank you Performance Plus team for helping me and my family get through this injury. You guys are awesome!

  I have had the absolute best experience at Performance Plus Physical Therapy in Imperial Beach. The owner Todd and all his staff are very professional and attentive. Getting an appointment was easy and the entire team is very accommodating. A detailed evaluation of my injury was done and my therapy was customized based on my individual needs. What I liked most, is that the staff is very knowledgeable on different types of injuries and what was needed to help the healing process. We consistently changed the routine of exercises and forms of therapy used, to strengthen the muscles in different ways. I have see a fully improvement since starting PT at with Performance Plus PT. The therapists are very receptive to understanding the status of the injury as well as if there are any changes, etc. I have used this location for two different injuries and have had successful outcomes for both! The administrative staff is also very responsive. Highly recommended.

  This place is amazing! Todd was very knowledgeable when identifying possibilities of my injury. The staff is so kind and attentive. The relaxing atmosphere allows me the space to focus on improving my health! 10/10 would recommend
