I so appreciate a job well done and wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend Allison Petross, whether you’re buying or selling in the Julian area. She is very knowledgeable, took care of all the details and inspections and was great at keeping me informed. I’m 14 hours away and couldn’t have sold the house without her help. I’m very impressed at her professionalism when dealing with a very high conflict, uncooperative occupant. She still managed a job well done despite all the obstacles presented during this time. I’m sure most in her position would not have persevered and I appreciate all she was able to accomplish. She even had a housekeeping crew at the ready to clean the house and make it presentable to the new owners.

Erika was very patient and professional guiding me through the paperwork, legalities and complexities of negotiations in completing my house sale. And it all went very smoothly and stress free thanks to her good work, and lots of cups of tea.
