Excellent movers; Butler and his crew were not just fast, efficient and respectful, but they were very good guys and a pleasure to work with. Pricing was very fair and they only charged for the time used and didn't round up. I would highly recommend them; they made an otherwise stressful process pretty stress free.
We were relocating for family and La Mesa Moving Company walked me through everything. The crew was accommodating and personable. The driver and the lead person did a tremendous job. We had one issue 'cause we were moving a piano which was a little different and they helped us with that. And although we didn't utilize the services that they offered, they helped us with the services that we got. But there were three little things that we didn't notice were missing until we needed them. We felt they were on the truck but for some reason, we didn't get them. I made a phone call about that and I was told that somebody would contact me but I never heard another word from anybody. I just dropped the issue because the items were insignificant and not worth the effort. Other than that, they were efficient and on time.
I have moved in La Mesa 3x but this is the first with La Mesa Moving Company. Everything about this move went perfectly from the estimate, to the planning to moving day and then payment. In addition they were extremely competitive on pricing and the easiest to deal with. Moving can be a real hassle but they made the entire process seamless and pain free. I highly recommend them.
