(August 29, 2019, 4:13 pm)Love the property but what makes my family and I love it even more is the staff member Izzy. Who works In the leasing office. She is phenomenal. She is passionate, caring, sweet, positive, trusting, intelligent and very helpful. She is a big reason we signed a lease here and plan to renew come time. Throughout our stay here she has always been helpful when it come to concerns or anything at all. I recommend if you decide to check these apartments out to request for Izzy to help you because you will not regret it. Thanks Izzy for all the awesome help and positivity you bring to these apartments. You are a major asset to the company and they should be proud to have such an awesome person on their staff. If I owned a business I could only hope all my employees were as amazing as you are. Thank you so much our family appreciates you !

(June 28, 2019, 7:57 pm)We have lived here for 1.5 years. From start to finish izzy was AMAZING. So nice, so professional, and relatable. The trolley is about 25 steps from the elevator, starbucks target costco all within 1 mile(important when a parent). We moved from a 1nd to a 2bd and that transition went smooth also! We couldnt be happier, we tried looking for new places to rent but nothing can compare. It's very dog friendly!!
I will say, there is no actual grass for the dogs which sucks but it's not the end of the world. The pool sometimes leaves you with an icky film on your body and is super strong-but again not do or die!
We have friends over for gatherings and no one complains about noise or anything. We love living here and it makes me want to work for this company because everyone is so nice! -

(February 13, 2019, 6:10 pm)I am a new resident and a so impressed with Alterra, the staff, the property, the cleanliness, the quick follow up and my actual apartment. Suggestions are met with immediate responses, maintenance requests are fulfilled on time without excuses and always with a smile. They employees are happy to work here and it shows. Even my dogs are happier here.
