  Steven, Steve and their team made our experience of selling our condo and buying our house at the same time, something incredibly efficient and easy. We feel so grateful with the way Steven handled everything with such professionalism. He was particularly aggressive defending us, trying to get us the best possible price for our new home. At the same time he found a record selling price for our condo! The best part was that we thought that buying a house in our dream location was already impossible. But nothing is impossible for this guy.   We were sooo fortunate to have Steven working for us. First we sold a condo. We were in escrow less than one week after listing and made considerably more than we started at. Next, on his advice we completed an exchange for a commercial property. His knowledge of every detail continually amazed us. I've never known an agent with his grasp of alll variables and how to quickly resolve them to the clients benefit. You will not find a better agent.
