  We are so thankful to have found this school for our children. They instill a love of learning in their students and teach them so many necessary skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, treating others with kindness and respect, and so much more. I recommend Acton to everyone!

  My daughter is going into her 3rd year at Acton Academy SD East and we are so thankful to have found this very unique, special school! Kids are allowed to be children and flourish without the pressures and constraints of traditional schooling. Within this environment, I have watched my daughter blossom into a confident, kind and happy young lady! The staff is so attentive to families and dedicated to making learning fun with field trips and special projects like Quests and the Children's Business Fair. The Acton way is truly transforming education and we are grateful to be part of it!

  Socratic discussions and Quests have reignited my son's love of learning and i cannot recommend the Acton method highly enough!

  As a grandfather I am happy my grandchildren will be having an entirely new educational experience that they are unable to get in the public-school setting. This new concept will help them grow into capable and more rounded adults. I recommend if you are not fully satisfied with the public system, investigate this school. Your children will be grateful. Mandy and her staff will guide your child to a lifetime of learning. Call them, you will be glad you did.
