Aztec Park

A nice lovely park in the middle of a quiet neighborhood. There’s a playground for kids, quite clean restrooms, benches, picnic tables. I recommend it if you’re planning on a little outing or doing some outdoor activities

Very clean park, was not crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Lots of shade. Nice playgrounds for little kids and big kids. Nice hill for kids to roll down. Clean bathrooms. I will definitely be back!

Playground: Dated structures but lots to do. One structure for younger kids and one for older kids. The flooring is rubber and tanbark. There was no shading on the playground but large mature trees right next to it. Plenty of benches to sit on.
Bathrooms: Men’s and Women’s bathrooms with two stalls in each.
Parking: Free along the street.
Location: In the middle of a suburb on relatively quiet streets. The park is almost completely on a hill/ sloping downward.
Safety: No unhoused, a few adults exercising or walking small dogs. There was a significant amount of trash on the playground including a swisher sweet wrapper.

Nice shaded areas, the playground definitely gets warm, I got some sun! There are areas to sit and eat, the breeze was wonderful. & yesss there are swings! Important for my kiddo!

Lots of street parking available. Large open space good for a game of touch football or soccer. Play equipment is clean and the kids enjoy it. Has a decent bathroom. Grass is well maintained and trees provide ample shade for a picnic with loved ones.
