  This is the only appliance repair company I will use! Damien was hands down the best technician I have ever encountered. I had called two other companies to come out and diagnose a problem with my Monogram refrigerator. Both companies said the refrigerator was unrepairable. The answers I was getting didn't make sense so I opted to get a third opinion. Damian arrived on time and checked out the fridge. He told me he had located the problem and happened to have a spare part available. Within an hour he had my refrigerator up and running like new. He even fixed and issue with my door, no extra charge. Don't waste your time and money anywhere else. These guys are extremely knowledgeable, honest, reliable and quick!

  Damion came to the rescue today to fix our flooded washing machine. We are so grateful he was willing to come out on such short notice, and ON A SUNDAY!! We are literally moving out tomorrow so it was urgent that we get it fixed ASAP. I called him at 8:30 pm the night before and he showed up at 9:30 the next morning and fixed the problem quickly and guaranteed his work! Thanks again for saving us this Sunday ! Highly recommend Damion he answered all of my questions and also took a credit card for payment ! I’ll definitely be calling him again for the next emergency, hopefully not too soon though:)

  Needed someone to come work on my Bosch front loading washer. For some reason, my washer would not unlock after it completed it’s cycle and was holding my clothes hostage inside. I called Damian and he came to my home within a half an hour as promise. He very quickly recused my clothes out of the washer. For some reason the control board shorted out and needed to be replace. He had to order the part. Damian came the next day and had my washing machine working in very little time. He was professional and took care with protecting my floors while working. I will definitely use Damian again if needed.

  Damian was a knowledgeable and proficient technician. He answered my call on the second ring and set a same day appointment to diagnose my Maytag dishwasher. He was able to show me exactly what was wrong with my dishwasher. He researched the part and was able to give me an estimate of the repairs. He returned later that afternoon with the new control panel and installed in minutes. I would use him and recommend him to all of my friends and clients! Thank you Damian!
