(September 15, 2021, 12:06 pm)Don't bother getting quotes from other businesses. The fine folks at Preferred Services not only do phenomenal work, they are professional and enjoyable to work with. Just take a look at these finished photos. My husband and I moved into a pretty grimy rental. Floors were trashed. I wanted to get the floors (hardwood and tile/grout) professionally cleaned so I got quotes. This team won my business and my loyalty. They get the job done and RIGHT!

He cleaned a tile and carpet condo for me that had been a rental for years, and cleaned it up so well! It's sparkling a bit (after some grout :). 5 stars for Gerry!
