  Having shopped at all three main archery stores in San Diego, I have to say that Bow N Arrow Shop has the best customer service hands down! I actually purchased a bow at a different shop closer to where I live, but came to find out that it was not set up properly even after returning to the store a few times for adjustments. I brought my bow to Bow N Arrow shop and the staff were MUCH better at helping me out! They were able to adjust not only my bow but also my form and anchor point so that it worked better for how I shoot. I truly appreciated that they explained why things weren't working properly and how to fix it so I can make a conscious decision on what to improve. Everyone is super friendly and you really feel like they care about making you a better archer. Shout out to Nick, Ernest, Bruce, and Jim for the excellent experience. The only thing I wish they had was an official shooting range (they have a small test range), I would be there all the time if they did haha! Overall, I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quality archery shop. I will definitely purchase my next bow here in the future!

  When I asked a bunch of people in the San Diego archery community where I should go to get started with this hobby, the recommendations were nearly unanimous: the Bow N Arrow Shop. And the people were right. The level of service and patience I got right as I walked in was impressive. Ernest asked me the basic questions about my plans and preferences, and suggested some good bow options to begin trying out. He spent a lot of time with me on the shop's indoor range, helping me with form and getting a read on how to set up my new equipment to fit me. I left completely satisfied with my new bow, arrows, and tools, and can't wait to put it all to use.

  I can’t say enough good about this shop! Bruce, Earnest, and David treated me like family and shared their passion for archery with me. They’re level of customer service was beyond 5 stars and I am happy to say that they have earned a customer for life (based on my past couple of visits). You can’t go wrong with The Bow N Arrow Shop!

  Best customer service, hands on, and attention to detail. They sell you what you need and not just try to upgrade you to something more expensive. Bruce the owner straight up guy. Help me with my form, super patient. Jim also super knowledgeable. Everyone in the store ready to help. If you want to PERFORM WELL go to Bow and Arrow Shop !!!!
