Sushi Namu

The ramen I had here was so filling and the fried sweet potatoes? It was crunchy and clashed well with the ramen, however I forgot the name of the ramen:").

I just came back from a long tour in Japan to find that this restaurant is still up to par with what I've had in Japan. The sushi chef, Mr. Kim, is very experienced in his field, take note on how he prepares the food. The ingredients are kept at their freshest state while keeping it in the most affordable value. I can tell that most of the sauces are hand made especially the broth they used for ramen. Under-rated restaurant and it's located here in National City. If you don't know how to critique a good food in all aspects of what makes a restaurant great. Don't bother rating, you'll just look ignorant.
