I walked in knowing what I wanted, and just needed a few more details before I made my purchase. The team was not only reliable, but made me feel comfortable each step of the way. DeLancy’s expert assistance exceeded my expectations. Her patience was appreciated when my phone and account did not want to fully cooperate at times. Gilbert was also very helpful in support of this process. Overall - stellar experience!

I am currently a Verizon customer and I wanted to get a new phone due to my phone being water damaged and unusable .i wanted to update to an I Phone. Gilbert showed my the newest I Phone 10 devices and he explained to me very clearly about each devices and I decided to get the IPhone XS Max. Gilbert is a very nice, polite, courteous and a well spoken employee of Russel Cellular (Verizon). This location is new, clean, spacious and bright . A very nice clean building. Greatly recommend this location to everyone who is looking for a cell phone and accessories. Also team member Demarco was also nice and pleasant.

(May 2, 2019, 10:13 pm)I definitely recommend you visit this location. I went in to upgrade my phone and get my daughter a phone. Gilberto took care of me. I had a bunch of questions and he wrote it all out for me and made sure I understood everything. Very respectful as well! I walked out with a new phone and had my daughters set aside. I returned the next day and Demarco took care of my husband and I. We upgraded his phone and also got my daughters. He as well was very helpful, respectful and nice. I’m glad I passed by this new location. They are great! Thanks guys!
